Our Story

Why validation became the business

Validated Solutions started with a simple observation: most businesses aren't failing because the idea is bad — they're failing because no one else can verify it's real.

Every lender, vendor, and marketplace runs the same quiet background check before they'll do business with you: does this company have a real legal foundation? Is it registered where it says it is? Does it have a credit file, a DUNS number, the compliance paperwork its industry requires? Most founders never see that check happen — they just get the rejection.

We built Validated Solutions to sit on the other side of that gap. Instead of leaving business owners to discover their missing credentials one denied application at a time, we map the full validation picture up front — legal foundation, credit and funding readiness, branding, and marketplace credibility — and close the gaps in order.

Who we work with

Our clients fall into three groups: startups building a validation record from zero, legacy businesses that have been operating for years but were never properly credentialed, and e-commerce sellers who need the specific paperwork — GPL, UPC barcodes, marketplace compliance — that platforms like Amazon and Walmart require before they'll list a product at scale.

How we work

Every engagement starts with an assessment, not a sales pitch. We tell clients exactly what's missing before we tell them what it costs to fix. From there, we work through a defined pathway — Foundation, Funding, Branding, Build — so the credentials get established in the order that actually unlocks the next one.
